Initial evaluation fee:  $200 (US) made payable to ‘Stateside Nursing International’ or can be paid on the SNI website by credit card or Paypal.  This  assessment fee is non-refundable.

Send a detailed resume, copy of English certification if you are from a non-English speaking country and as much information about yourself and any family members to include if you have relatives in Canada.  Indicate the program you are interested in, plus the fee. Canada has a ‘point system of 67-points' for these visas and you must meet the number of points required.
