International Recruitment

Please note: due to the retrogression of visas this service is on hold  until the retrogression ends.  However, we will be happy to assist any client with international recruitment but we cannot guarantee when the nurse will arrive in the USA.  If you have 'specialty' needs it is possible that the nurse can be recruited under the H-1B visa. An Experienced Staff

Ø       We have a trained international staff to assist in locating, screening and following up with nurses from all over the world.

Ø       We have RNs on staff who have been through the process and know how to guide the nurses from personal experience.

Ø       As needed, we make site visits to your hospital and work closely with the human resource and nursing departments.

Help In The Selection Process

• We arrange telephone interviews for you in multiple countries.
• We handle the arrangements to take your hospital personnel on recruitment trips to the country(s) of your choice. 
• We pre-screen each nurse and you only interview those that have the education and skills you are looking for.

 Follow Up

• We follow up with every nurse you choose to hire, answer questions, and provide guidance and encouragement throughout the process.
