All of our clients sponsor the green card. This allows you to work in the US and bring your family. Your family members (spouse and children up to the age of 21-years) 'adjust' with you and receive their own green cards. After 5 years you can apply for full citizenship!

The salaries offered are very competitive and are based on your experience as a registered nurse. All of our clients offer an incentive package, which can include prepaid attorney fees and exam fees, help with licensing fees, airfare and relocation allowance. It varies from client to client.

You become a member of your sponsors’ staff and on their payroll . You receive full benefits including vacation time, health insurance, retirement plan, education benefits and more. As part of the staff you are eligible for pay raises, promotions, training into other areas, plus bonuses.

We try to match you with a client that is looking for your skills and where you will be happy. Wherever possible, we try to place you and your friends together.

All of our clients offer an orientation to help you adjust to your new working environment. It is most likely that you will find co-workers from your home country where you will be working. Once you have completed an application for SNI and meet the requirements, we will discuss available positions, salaries and benefits offered. Please note that salaries and benefits differ from client to client and location to location.
