We will also escort you on an overseas recruitment trip to your country of choice if you are interested in International Recruitment. SNI makes the arrangements and will have pre-screened nurses available for interviews. Or if you prefer, we can arrange a telephone interview from the convenience of your own office.

SNI offers the choice of three programs for your facility:

• Permanent Relocation within the USA. We will advertise for your permanent needs.
• Full Program (International): Once the hospital has interviewed and accepted the nurse, SNI will continue to guide and assist the nurse throughout the entire process, until the nurse arrives at your facility.
• Consultancy Program:  This program allows you to gain the knowledge needed to build your own international recruitment program. SNI offers support throughout. This program works best for volume recruitment.
