SURGICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR - Responsibility and accountability for the Surgical Services Department, develops goals & objectives, standards of care & performance, policies & procedures. General surgeries & ortho (no hearts). Requires current RN license & BLS, Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin., finance or clinical specialty. Master's degree preferred. DIRECTOR, WOMEN'S & CHILDREN'S SERVICES - Responsible for overall management and direction of Women's & Children's Services (Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, Nursery, High Risk Antepartum).  Ensures and facilitates high quality care for normal and high risk patients.  Acts as a clinical resource guide for staff, patients and families, develops & implements educational information, materials & programs for patient care.  Assists with unit budgetary planning, participates in department meetings, strategic planning, etc.  Must have current R.N. license, BCLS, ACLS.  BSN required, master's preferred (or must seek application and commence further education within six months of employment), previous management experience and minimum of 3 years clinical experience.  Excellent, highly competitive compensation package offered (Northern California location).  Contact Pat Decker or call (888) 698-1964


NURSE EDUCATOR, WOMEN'S & CHILDREN'S SERVICES - Provides advanced education to staff focusing on learning theories, advanced theoretical education for population served and clinical decision support.  Functions as facilitator in the evaluation and implementation of new patient care equipment, provides staff with direct clinical decision support, acts as clinical resource guide for staff, patients and families.  Collaborates with management, staff and other clinical education managers to identify and meet educational needs.  Requires current R.N. license, BSN, master's preferred.  Contact  Pat Decker or call (888) 698-1964

PROGRAM DIRECTOR, RISK MANAGEMENT - Responsible for the management of risk management program including the functions of clinical risk management, claims management, program development and risk management education for the organization.  Responsible for coordinating systems necessary for identification, evaluation, monitoring, reduction and/or elimination of professional & general liability risk exposures.  Baccalaureate degree in healthcare required, min. 5 years healthcare experience, min. 2 years supervisory experience in clinical risk management preferred, supervisory and/or management experience required.  Excellent compensation package & location.

ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER, CVICU - Responsible for administering and evaluating the CVICU, assigns duties to staff based on patient's needs, staffing availability and work priority to ensure high quality of patient care.  Serves as resource for resolving operational and patient care problems.  Assists in planning capital and operational budgets.  Interviews, hires, orients & evaluates staff performance.  Requires current R.N. license, BCLS, ACLS, PALS.  Requires 2-3 years related work or supervisory (charge) experience.
