REGISTRATION FOR AUSTRALIA BRIDGING COURSE
REQUIREMENTS: Please send us the following documents:

I understand that I am responsible for airfares between my country of origin and
Australia to take the course.
The schedule of payments will be as follows:
- $350 USD
as administration fee paid after we have reviewed your resume and IELTS score. This will open a file on you. This fee can be paid online at SNI's eShop.
- Nursing
Board application in hard copy will then be sent to you - please
return to SNI when completed.
- $2500
USD fee is due (first payment)
at the time you send all of your documents to our office and are ready to submit
a complete application to the nursing board ( SNI pays this
fee for you ) . This payment can be paid on line at SNI's
eShop.
- $2500
USD (remaining fee) is due when we receive the letter from the board authorizing you to complete the bridging course. At this stage we will submit your application to the course.
This administration and processing fee for service
includes (but is not limited to) SNI assistance with the following:
o Payment of registration fee and assistance with processing of application to the appropriate
State Nursing Board in Australia
o Payment of fee and assistance with application to the Migrant Program
o Payment and processing of Federal Police Clearance
o
Guidance with application and processing of
appropriate student visa and medical tests (nurse pays in country of origin for visa and required blood tests and
chest x-ray)
o Assistance with locating housing for the nurse while taking course
o Advice and guidance with English Language courses and tests
o
Assistance with vaccination requirements and
visa medical exam
o
Assistance in arranging Basic Life Support
Courses, if required, on arrival
o Arrangement of job interviews upon completion
of the course
o Payment of initial housing for two weeks (up
to $500 AUD)
o Assistance with working visa applications after course is completed and
hospital has agreed to sponsor
I understand that there is a 75% refund available if I withdraw after my application
has been accepted by SNI and the Board of Nursing authorized entry to the course.
I understand that there is a 30% refund in the unlikely
event that my visa is not approved (subject to all requirements being met).
I understand I must complete all procedures in a timely
manner as guided by SNI to ensure a successful process.
This fee is to be paid as a bank check in United States Dollars payable to Stateside
Nursing International. Submit to our US office.
Once accepted by SNI please submit $2500 USD as initial payment and $2500 USD when accepted to course. You can
also pay on line - Go to SNI’s eShop.
A copy of this document will be forwarded to you once signed by both parties.
