- Full Program (International): Once the hospital has interviewed and accepted the nurse under the H-1B program, SNI will continue to guide and assist you and the nurse throughout the entire process until the nurse arrives.
- Consultancy Program: This program allows you to gain the knowledge needed to build your own international recruitment program. SNI offers support throughout.
National nurse recruitment

International nurse recruitment
Because of the retrogression of visas for permanent residence status (green card) for nurses, this program is on hold. We can assist you with recruitment of nurses under the H-1B visa program. The nurses must be working in a specialty and have at least a BSN degree.
We can also arrange and escort you on an overseas recruitment trip to your country of choice if you are interested in the H-1B international recruitment program. SNI assists with all of the arrangements and will have pre-screened nurses available for interviews, or if you prefer, we can arrange a telephone interview from the convenience of your office.
Consultancy Program for hospitals: This program allows you to gain the knowledge needed to build your own international recruitment program. SNI offers support throughout. This program is cost effective when there is a great shortage at the hospital and we can recruit in volume. It will be reinstated once the visa retrogression has ended and once again, nurses will be allowed into the country.
